# Paint correction in Mountain View

Professionally removes swirls and imperfections to restore clarity and shine.

## Correction stages

Starting prices. Oka looks at the paint under the lights, then confirms the price in a written quote.

### Single-stage polish

From $649

One pass to restore gloss and remove light swirls.

Included in: the Entry coating

### Two-stage correction

From $899

Compound then polish. Removes most swirls, light scratches and oxidation.

Included in: the Full Correction Detail, the Signature and Elite coatings

### Multi-stage correction

For neglected paint or a show finish. Quoted after Oka inspects the paint under the lights.

## Correct first, then protect

A coating or film locks in whatever is under it, so Oka corrects the paint before he protects it.

### Paint measured first

Oka measures the paint thickness on every panel with a gauge, and works to keep it even across the vehicle.

### Already in the bundles

The Full Correction Detail and every ceramic coating include it. On its own, it suits paint going under film.

### Straight answers

Before you pay, Oka shows you under the lights how much gloss he can bring back.

### Protection planned in

Corrected paint should be coated or filmed within days. Oka plans both steps in one visit.

## Paint correction questions

### How much is paint correction?

A single-stage polish starts at $649 and a two-stage correction at $899. Multi-stage work is quoted after Oka sees the paint under the lights. Correction is already part of the Full Correction Detail and every ceramic coating.

### Will it remove all scratches?

Swirls, haze and light scratches come out, and Oka takes deeper marks as far as the clear coat safely allows. He shows you what to expect before he starts.

### Is it safe on my paint?

Yes. Correction removes a very thin layer of clear coat, so Oka measures the paint thickness on every panel with a gauge before he starts and keeps it even across the vehicle. He also tells you what will and will not polish out.

### How long does correction last?

Correction levels swirls out of the clear coat instead of hiding them under a filler, so the gloss does not wash away in a few weeks. A coating and a gentle wash routine keep it that way.

### Do I need correction before a ceramic coating?

Almost always. The coating makes the surface underneath permanent, so it should be corrected first. Every coating includes it: a single-stage polish on Entry, a two-stage correction on Signature and Elite.

Still deciding?

- Ceramic coating vs wax
- Paint protection film vs ceramic coating

## Often done together

- Ceramic Coating: Every coating includes the correction, so the two are one booking.
- Paint Protection Film: Film goes on over corrected paint too, so chips and swirls are both handled.
- Detailing Packages: Decontamination comes first. The Full Correction Detail bundles both.
