# Oka's Car Care terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and the purchase of services from Oka's Car Care.

## Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this site are starting points for the smallest common vehicle. The price you pay is the one in your written quote, confirmed after we see the vehicle.

## Appointments

Work is by appointment. Please give at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel.

## Deposits

Larger jobs may require a deposit at booking, which is applied to the final invoice.

## Refunds

Completed services are non-refundable. If something is not right, tell us within 48 hours and we will make it right.

## Warranty

Any product warranty comes from the coating, film or vinyl manufacturer, and any labor warranty is stated on your invoice.

## Website use

Content on this website is provided as-is for information. Do not misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.
